The neighborhood is highly peaceful; however, there is no elevator in the building, making third-floor access difficult with luggage, though a shared laundry room is readily available in the basement. A short walk leads to the famous Augustiner brewery and local bus stops. Guests can also make use of the free luggage storage and request a baby bed for families traveling with children.

"The entire apartment was big and spacious, better than in the pictures. Had all sorts of utensils to cook with, we were a family of four adults and stayed together in the living room on large sofa beds watching TV.
