For me, comfort is the most important when I don't know the city. The staff and comfort were first class.  
Location was very easy to find and took me approx 40 mins from the airport.

We have been visiting Munich for many years now. It was spotless clean and nice smelling, right next to a cafe/boulangerie which was great for breakfast, and the bus stop is very nearby.
