• How do I get the free early check-in?
  Simply select your preferred time in My Trips. Please note that early check-in isn't guaranteed before 3pm (standard check-in time), but if your room is ready earlier, we'll notify you so you can check-in early.

• How do I get the free late check-out?
  Simply visit My Trips to check for availability. If the option for a late check-out is available, you can proceed and book it directly.

• My company has a business contract with Numa, do I get member benefits?
  Absolutely! As long as you book your trip while logged into Numa for Business, you’ll enjoy all our member benefits.
