[NUMA Group expands Rome portfolio with largest hotel property to date
NUMA has announced its largest Italian property to date: a 72-unit hotel in Rome's historic Ludovisi neighborhood. This expansion is part of NUMA's ongoing growth in Italy, with plans to expand further in cities like Milan, Venice, Florence, and Naples. The new property blends modern technology with the charm of Rome’s iconic Ludovisi district, near Via Veneto. It features NUMA’s digital-first approach, offering contactless check-in, digital concierge services, and smart design for short and mid-term stays. NUMA’s expansion strategy emphasizes enhancing guest experiences while preserving local heritage and modernizing traditional hotels.

NUMA has opened its Milan Sempione property, featuring 36 modern, fully digitized units for short-term stays. The former office space, now renovated in partnership with Investire SGR and the PRS Fund, combines Milanese charm with tech-enabled accommodations.
